Terms of Use — DocScanly

1. Agreement

By downloading or using DocScanly, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where required; if these terms conflict with mandatory Apple terms, the applicable Apple terms control.

2. What DocScanly provides

DocScanly lets you scan or import pages, enhance images, extract text, organize documents and create or share PDF files. Some features require an internet connection, advertising availability or an active Pro subscription. We may improve, change or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

You retain ownership of your documents. You grant us and our processors only the limited permission needed to perform an action you request, such as processing OCR text through an AI feature.

3. Pro subscriptions

DocScanly may offer weekly, monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. The exact price and currency are displayed by the App Store before purchase and may vary by region.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID after confirmation.
A subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subject to Apple's applicable rules.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Deleting DocScanly does not cancel a subscription.
Use Restore Purchases in the app to restore eligible purchases.
Refunds, billing, price-change consent and purchase disputes are handled under Apple's policies and applicable law.

Any trial or promotional offer will be described on the purchase screen. Unused trial time may be forfeited when a subscription is purchased where permitted.

4. Free version and advertising

The free version may display clearly identified ads. Some PDF exports may require you to voluntarily complete the number of rewarded ads shown before the action. Closing a rewarded ad early does not earn its reward. Ad availability is not guaranteed; we may provide an alternative or ask you to try again later.

Interstitial and app-open ads are subject to frequency and placement controls. Pro users do not receive ads while an active entitlement is recognized.

5. AI features

AI outputs are generated automatically and can be incorrect, incomplete or unsuitable. They are provided for convenience, not as legal, medical, financial, tax or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and the underlying document before relying on them.

Do not submit content you are not authorized to process or highly sensitive information unless you understand and accept the processing described in our Privacy Policy. AI access may be rate-limited to protect service quality and cost.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use DocScanly to violate law or third-party rights; scan, create or distribute unlawful or infringing material; attempt to bypass subscriptions, quotas or advertising controls; interfere with security; reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits; or use automated methods to abuse the AI or advertising systems.

7. Intellectual property

DocScanly's software, design, brand, artwork and service components are owned by Mersas Grup or its licensors. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to App Store rules.

8. Availability and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocScanly is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect OCR, permanent file recovery, continuous ad availability or error-free AI output. Keep independent backups of important documents.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, Mersas Grup is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for DocScanly during the preceding twelve months, where such a limitation is lawful.

9. Termination and changes

You may stop using DocScanly at any time; subscription cancellation is handled through Apple. We may restrict access for material abuse, fraud or legal requirements. We may update these terms with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing terms

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Mersas Grup's place of establishment, without limiting mandatory consumer protections available in your country. Disputes should first be raised through our support channel so we can attempt a practical resolution.

1. Koşulların kabulü

DocScanly'yi indirerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı ve Gizlilik Politikamızı kabul edersiniz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın. Gerekli olduğu durumlarda Apple'ın standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir; zorunlu Apple koşullarıyla çelişki olması halinde ilgili Apple koşulları uygulanır.

2. DocScanly'nin sunduğu hizmet

DocScanly; sayfaları taramanıza veya içe aktarmanıza, görüntüleri iyileştirmenize, metin çıkarmanıza, belgeleri düzenlemenize ve PDF dosyaları oluşturup paylaşmanıza yardımcı olur. Bazı özellikler internet bağlantısı, reklam kullanılabilirliği veya aktif Pro aboneliği gerektirir. Makul ölçüde gerekli olduğunda özellikleri geliştirebilir, değiştirebilir veya sonlandırabiliriz.

Belgelerinizin mülkiyeti size aittir. Bize ve veri işleyenlerimize yalnızca talep ettiğiniz işlemi gerçekleştirmek için gerekli sınırlı izni verirsiniz.

3. Pro abonelikleri

DocScanly haftalık, aylık ve yıllık otomatik yenilenen abonelikler sunabilir. Kesin fiyat ve para birimi satın alma öncesinde App Store tarafından gösterilir ve bölgeye göre değişebilir.

Ödeme onaydan sonra Apple ID hesabınızdan alınır.
Abonelik, Apple'ın geçerli kurallarına tabi olarak mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik yenilenir.
Abonelikleri Apple ID abonelik ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.
DocScanly'yi silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
Uygun satın alımları geri yüklemek için uygulamadaki “Satın Alımları Geri Yükle” seçeneğini kullanın.
İade, faturalandırma, fiyat değişikliği onayı ve satın alma uyuşmazlıkları Apple politikaları ve geçerli mevzuata göre yönetilir.

Deneme veya promosyon varsa koşulları satın alma ekranında açıklanır. Kanunen izin verilen yerlerde abonelik satın alındığında kullanılmamış deneme süresi kaybedilebilir.

4. Ücretsiz sürüm ve reklamlar

Ücretsiz sürüm açıkça tanımlanmış reklamlar gösterebilir. Bazı PDF dışa aktarma işlemleri, ekranda belirtilen sayıda ödüllü reklamı isteğe bağlı olarak tamamlamanızı gerektirebilir. Reklamı erken kapatırsanız ödül kazanılmaz. Reklam bulunabilirliği garanti edilmez; alternatif sunabilir veya daha sonra tekrar denemenizi isteyebiliriz.

Geçiş ve uygulama açılışı reklamları sıklık ve yerleşim sınırlarına tabidir. Aktif Pro yetkisi doğrulandığında reklam gösterilmez.

5. Yapay zekâ özellikleri

AI çıktıları otomatik oluşturulur ve hatalı, eksik veya amaca uygun olmayabilir. Kolaylık sağlamak için sunulur; hukuki, tıbbi, finansal, vergisel veya başka bir profesyonel tavsiye değildir. Bir çıktıya güvenmeden önce çıktıyı ve temel belgeyi kontrol etmek sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.

İşleme yetkiniz olmayan içerikleri veya Gizlilik Politikamızda açıklanan işlemleri anlayıp kabul etmediğiniz çok hassas bilgileri göndermeyin. Hizmet kalitesi ve maliyeti korumak için AI kullanımına sınır uygulanabilir.

6. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

DocScanly'yi yasalara veya üçüncü kişi haklarına aykırı kullanmamayı; yasa dışı ya da hak ihlal eden içerik taramamayı, üretmemeyi veya dağıtmamayı; abonelik, kota veya reklam kontrollerini aşmaya çalışmamayı; güvenliği bozmamayı; kanunun açıkça izin verdiği haller dışında tersine mühendislik yapmamayı ve AI ya da reklam sistemlerini otomatik yöntemlerle kötüye kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz.

7. Fikrî mülkiyet

DocScanly yazılımı, tasarımı, markası, görselleri ve hizmet bileşenleri Mersas Grup'a veya lisans verenlerine aittir. Bu koşullar, sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz Apple markalı cihazlarda App Store kurallarına tabi kişisel, sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir kullanım lisansı verir.

8. Kullanılabilirlik ve sorumluluk

Yasaların izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde DocScanly “olduğu gibi” ve “mevcut olduğu ölçüde” sunulur. Kesintisiz çalışma, kusursuz OCR, kalıcı dosya kurtarma, sürekli reklam erişimi veya hatasız AI çıktısı garanti edilmez. Önemli belgelerin bağımsız yedeğini tutun.

Bu koşullar kanunen hariç bırakılamayan hak veya sorumlulukları sınırlamaz. Bunun dışında Mersas Grup, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan sorumlu değildir. Hukuken izin verilen durumlarda toplam sorumluluk, önceki on iki ay içinde DocScanly için ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır.

9. Sona erme ve değişiklikler

DocScanly'yi istediğiniz zaman kullanmayı bırakabilirsiniz; abonelik iptali Apple üzerinden yapılır. Ciddi kötüye kullanım, sahtecilik veya yasal zorunluluk halinde erişimi kısıtlayabiliriz. Bu koşulları yeni bir yürürlük tarihiyle güncelleyebiliriz. Güncelleme sonrasında kullanıma devam etmeniz, kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde kabul anlamına gelir.

10. Uygulanacak kurallar

Bu koşullar, ülkenizdeki zorunlu tüketici haklarını sınırlamaksızın Mersas Grup'un kuruluş yerinde geçerli yasalara tabidir. Uyuşmazlıkların pratik biçimde çözülebilmesi için önce destek kanalımız üzerinden bize iletilmesi gerekir.
